Class Descriptions

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a low-impact, high-energy aquatic workout that combines the Zumba philosophy with water resistance. It’s a fun and engaging fitness class that takes place in a pool, utilizing the buoyancy and resistance of the water to make each step more challenging and enjoyable.

Barre
Barre combines elements of Ballet and Pilates, with the occasional use of light weight training. It’s a full body workout designed to tone and strengthen the muscles, leaving you to feel a beautiful burn!

Butts and Guts
This class is designated to strengthen the back, glutes and abdominals while being super fun! Come strengthen your core in a music synced class that will improve your posture, your posterior, and your mood!

Barbell Strength
Chica Barbell combines barbell movements that will fire up a full body workout to build strength and conditioning. Each session will begin with a warm-up, movement demo, upbeat workout, and cool down. Progressions, modifications, and scaling will be demonstrated as well.

Cardio Kickboxing
A Kickboxing inspired workout! You will kick and punch your way to an increased level of fitness! A non-contact
heart-pounding workout that uses creative combos of punches and kicks to challenge your
aerobic and muscular fitness!

Chica Walking Club
A brisk 30-40 minute 2 mile walk around the beautiful town of Pantego.

Circl Mobility
Unlock the body’s potential.
Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a busy mom, or a 9-5er, CIRCL Mobility™ helps you release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer.

Core Strength
As we age, back and core strength are vital to our body’s movement and agility. This class is a 30-minute class, working on core and back, making sure we capture the strength in those areas. All movements can be modified.

Pound Fit
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

Strength and Cardio Training
A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class of high cardio exercise along with some weight training. We will provide modifications for all levels to meet the needs of everyone. This class will get your heart rate going to optimize fat burn and calorie burn!

Yoga
This class will have different formats of Yoga, as instructors sees needs. This might include Vinyasa, Flow, or Wall Yoga. Come stretch those muscles, build strength, clear your mind, and get your sweat on!

Zumba
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Benefits? A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba Step
A Step Zumba format, but with all the same great music, very similar Zumba Choreography, all while using a step to get your heart rate up!
